YARDO organises mindfulness-based wellbeing events and programmes that are inclusive and uniquely accessible.
Our courses are usually eight weeks long, with opportunities to try Mindfulness, Counselling, Movement and Creative workshops or psychotherapist-led Support Groups, tailored to your needs.
Our Facilitators are friendly, open-minded, caring professionals, accustomed to working with people from all walks of life.
We hold our courses online or in attractive neighbourhood venues. Get in touch if you'd like us to organise something healing or helpful for your community group, school or club. We are currently piloting our services in Ealing. Welcome to Yardo.

The Solidarity Economy
Our programmes are cross-subsidised which means people pay as much as they can afford. We supplement this income with donations and funding from people who share our vision of accessible wellbeing for all.
