Welcome to YARDO!
We create evidence-based Mental Wealth programmes designed to enrich local neighbourhoods and community organisations.

Our programmes are holistic, person-centred and delivered by accredited psychotherapists, mindfulness practitioners and expert facilitators. YARDO’s Clinical Board is passionate about co-production and driving community innovation.

We’ve successfully piloted our programmes in Ealing and are working towards opening a neighbourhood wellbeing centre to host inclusive, therapeutic events and services.
