About the 8-week Course

EXPLORING MINDFULNESS & SELF-COMPASSION 

The course is an interactive online experience which applies universal mindfulness and self-compassion principles to the specific needs and concerns of participants

In these uncertain times, it’s easy to feel anxious or depressed. Then we make it worse by judging ourselves for not being on top of everything. If we can meet our difficult feelings with curiosity,  observing our thoughts, we realise the possibility that being just as we are in life is enough.

This realisation can bring more joy, happiness, ease and resilience.  Mindfulness and self-compassion practices cultivate these qualities and are clinically proven to enhance your health and wellbeing with long-lasting results.

This course includes:

Eight Sundays from 7.30pm - 9.30pm

Oct:  10th, 17th, 24th, 31st 

Nov:  7th, 14th, 21st, 28th 

Dec:  5th 

ABOUT:  Dr Caroline Hoffman OAM, Ph.D. Registered Nurse, BSW, Certified MSC Teacher & MBSR Teacher since 2005. Caroline has over 25 years expertise in integrated health care, psychosocial support and complementary medicine, leading teams of health-care professionals, therapists and researchers in both the NHS and voluntary sectors.

Caroline supervises newer mindfulness and self-compassion teachers, and runs groups for mindfulness and self-compassion which are valued  by people from all walks of life.

Assisted by: Paula Watson FRSA, a qualified Counsellor and Trustee of The Mindfulness Network.
