About the 8-week Course
EXPLORING MINDFULNESS
& SELF-COMPASSION
In these uncertain times, it’s easy to feel anxious or depressed. Then we make it worse by judging ourselves for not being on top of everything.
If we can meet our difficult feelings with curiosity, observing our thoughts, we realise the possibility that being just as we are in life is enough.
This realisation can bring more joy, happiness, ease and resilience. Mindfulness and self-compassion practices cultivate these qualities and are clinically proven to enhance
your health and wellbeing with
long-lasting results.
