I am a Clinical Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist with experience in various clinical and charity settings, providing individual and group therapy.
My work is grounded in a philosophy of inclusiveness and embraces all cultures and identities. I have a deep regard for ordinary human suffering and welcome all experiences you may bring to the therapy room. My particular interests lie in abuse, trauma, belonging, culture and identity.
I have significant experience working with people affected by Autism & other neurodiverse conditions and run a therapy group for parents/carers of children with additional needs.

PARENTING
SUPPORT PROGRAMME
For parents/carers of children with disabilities and additional needs, this programme focuses on developing resilience within families and positive mental health for parents/carers and their children.
Themes include managing emotions; supporting behaviour; personal power; implementing boundaries; working with anger; nurturing ourselves; and accessing services and support.
The course provides an opportunity for parents/carers to build friendship and support networks as we share
and learn from one another's experiences -
acknowledging our challenges and recognizing
what we do well.
Programme content combines Family

Analysis psycho-educational resources.

Course Fees: £40 / £80 / £160 (self-select a fee)

Self-selected Fees
Yardo's fee are based on the 'Solidarity Economy' principle that individual and community needs are intertwined, each person pays what they can afford and no one is turned away on financial grounds.
Suggested rates for our 8-week courses are:
£250 - full course rate (supports others)
£150 - supported rate (pays facilitator costs)
£80 - supported rate (for those with low incomes)
