Co-Lab Consultation
Collaborative Creative Engagement Event

The Collaborative Creative Engagement Event is designed to reduce anxiety and build trust while gathering authentic insight from the community. It also helps map existing assets, identify needs and uncover new opportunities in a meaningful and participatory way.

This event can be delivered as either a half-day or full-day session, using a create consultation approach that encourages open dialogue and collaboration. It typically includes a shared meal or affiliative design element to foster connection among participants, with capacity for up to 40 people.

The outputs from the session include:
-
a comprehensive community asset map
-
a qualitative insight report
-
programme design recommendations that can inform next steps and decision-making

This format is particularly well suited to new developments or openings, service redesign processes and early engagement with groups that are often harder to reach.

Indicative investment starts from £2,500, plus a management fee.
