Peter Jacobs has been quietly offering this sitting group since 2020 — a gentle, consistent space to begin the week with stillness. What started as a group for therapists in training has grown into something broader: a community of people who value mindfulness practice and want to sustain it.
Each session offers a selection of guided practices drawn from mindfulness and compassion traditions — breath, body, senses, loving kindness. Suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to established practitioners.
Come as you are. No commitment beyond the next Monday morning.
Free to attend. Pay what you can afford if you wish to support the work.
