About the Event

.About the Course

Following on from our successful Parenting Support Group, we are now taking registrations of interest in a support group for women of all ages, backgorund and life stages.  The course will be interactively tailored to suit participants’ needs so please let us know which issues you would like covered when you register your interest.

Genrally, this programme focuses on developing resilience and positive mental health in the face of life's challenges be they related to health, work or personal relationships.

Themes include managing emotions; supporting behaviour; personal power; implementing boundaries; working with anger;  nurturing ourselves; and accessing support.

The course provides an opportunity for local women to build friendship and support networks as we share

and learn from one another's experiences -acknowledging our challenges and recognizingwhat we do well.

Programme content uses Transactional Analysis psycho-educational resources.
