MINDFULNESS TEACHER TRAINING (Level 1) - Info session for people from Black, African, Asian or Caribbean heritage

A FREE Information session about Mindfulness Network's eight day, online teacher training (TTC1) which runs on Wednesdays from 2nd Feb - 23rd March 2022. This is a chance to hear from the teachers Pauline, Sud & Bridgette and to ask questions about the course content or bursaries.

About the Event

You are invited to attendan  information evening for the Teacher Training Course Level One, (TTC1), delivered by The Mindfulness Network and Bangor University. 

The TTC1 is particularly aimed at people from Black, African, Asian or Caribbean heritage (Africans/Asians/Caribbean of any descent and the African/Asian diaspora) and is also open to other People of Colour who are affected by prejudice due to the colour of their skin.  If you are wondering whether this training is for right for you, please come along; click here for more information and zoom link.

The information session  is an opportunity to ask questions about the training and to meet the trainers, Pauline Gibbs of Mindful Bowl and Bridgette O’Neill and Sud Ubayasiri who are both members of the Bangor University training team
